That is NOT correct: The third AAVF Festival takes place from the 6th - 8th af MAY 2011!

New website and the next Festival 2011
To all vocal fans!
Very soon we will launch a brand new website introducing
the next AAVF Festival from the 6th - 8th of May 2011!
The new website will tell you all necessary about Top Concerts,
Workshops, Coachings, Night Stage, Morning Singing, Competitions,
how to sign up etc.
In 2011 you can enjoy PUST (N), Vocal Line (DK), baSix (DK) among
others, and besides that we are working hard to get THE biggest
artist of them all to take the trip to Aarhus.
We can't reveal more right now - but very soon we will inform all
of you by newsletter, website, Facebook and so on!

A successful AAVF Support Festival

The AAVF Support Festival 2010 on March 31st was a big success.
With more than 700 participants besides the one hundred performing singers
we are much encouraged to carry on with the next festival.
The AAVF Support Festival began at 10 a.m. with a one-hur workshop by
Malene Rigtrup and despite the early start the place was well crowded.
One hour later Cosmos did a nice and humourous Artist Presentation in Rytmisk Sal
and after a short lunch break Vocal Line performed as brilliant as only
they can do.
The AAVF working team was really taken by surprise discovering the huge crowd
in front of Rytmisk Sal and unfortunately more than 300 participants couldn't
get in. After a quick discussion the problem was solved by giving an an extra
concert just after the first one!
This was followed by excellent concerts with Maestra, SONO, VocaLoca and Songs
Of The Moment before the Grande Finale : Cosmos!
This Latvian vocal group once again (remember their performance in 2009?) took
everyone by surprise giving an outstanding world-class performance with an
audience that just wouldn't let the music stop!

Welcome to a brand new AAVF event!
March 21 2010 there will be a one day festival at Musikhuset Aarhus.
This Support Festival is made to ensure the financial basis of
the next ordinary festival in 2011.
The Support Festival will be a unique opportunity to hear the amazing
group COSMOS from Latvia. These talented boys took everybody
by surprise at the AAVF 2009, and now we have managed to get them
to Aarhus again!
The competition winners 2009, VOCALOCA and SONO, will also be giving
concerts together with VOCALLINE, SONGS OF THE MOMENT and MAESTRA.
To complete the exciting programme the Support Festival offers a couple
of workshops and a masterclass with COSMOS!
TICKETS: ONLY DKK 290,- +adm. fee (approx. EURO 39.-)
(students and y.u. 25 years DKK 190,- + adm. fee (approx. EURO 25.-)
