James Rose

James Rose is a prolific arranger, composer, performer, producer & educator, based in London. Over
the years, he has become a veteran performer of a cappella & vocal harmony, touring worldwide
with his acclaimed internet sensation group, ‘Accent’. James has an extensive portfolio of
arrangements and originals for prominent groups, choirs and bands, including The Real Group,
Voces8, Naturally 7, The Swingles, Rajaton, Perpetuum Jazzile, Arturo Sandoval, Peter Hollens,
Women of the World, Resound, Estonian voices and Black Voices. Driven by a love of teaching, James
works as the vocal arranging professor at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, as well
as a group director and mentor at A Cappella Academy, alongside workshopping internationally with
vocalists and choirs worldwide. He also creates musical apps (cync.app), and is a producer of original
electronic music (terranemusic.com).
