Originally from Canada and now based in the UK, Kevin Fox is known internationally as a workshop leader, choral director, performer, and arranger. He works regularly with ensembles in the UK and abroad including Vocalocity (Tel Aviv) and SOUND (London), and he directs two London-based community choirs. He loves to help singers and ensembles unlock their creative music-making potential, with a focus on rhythm, interpretation, and improvisation. Kevin toured the globe with the Grammy-winning group The Swingles for 12 years as a singer and vocal percussionist, and he has been a guest performer with various ensembles including New York Voices.
As a member of London Voices he regularly sings on film and TV soundtracks. He served as Artistic Director of SING! Toronto (2022-2023) and Musical Director of the British TV show Sing: Ultimate A Cappella (2017). Kevin has also taught at numerous institutions and vocal festivals including Europa Cantat (Estonia), Black Forest Voices (Germany), Vocalmente (Italy), Vocal Asia (Japan), Aarhus Vocal Festival (Denmark), and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama (London). He remains active as an arranger and occasionally writes original choral music as well.
