Ole Rasmus Møller

Actor, musical performer and singer Ole Rasmus Møller has participated in several vocal ensembles throughout his career. In the eighties he was part of the popular quartet “Hans Mosters Vovse” (in addition to working as a session singer).

In 2024/25 his trio “Én Over/Én Under” retired after 40 years on the road (which included 10 acoustic rock cabarets and 3 albums).
For the past 25 years Ole Rasmus has primarily worked as a voice and drama coach (Teaching authorisations from: Modern Vocal Training / 2022, Vocology in Practice / 2021 + Complete Vocal Technique / 2008 (affiliated with CVI in Copenhagen for 13 years until 2019)

He currently teaches at www.CentralSchool.dk, www.TeaterSpektrum.dk , www.KurseriSang.dk in addition to holding workshops all over Europe.

Bonus info: Ole Rasmus (as a drama teacher with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Copenhagen) has held several Performance Choir Workshops in Scandinavia, which have helped singers find focus on stage. Don’t hesitate to seek cooperation.

    In this workshop we will try to find our mix voice. I will start the workshop with a short presentation containing the basic knowledge behind (what is called) SOVT(E) = semi occluded vocal tract exercises. I will do group exercises with “straw fornation” and voiced consonants. For the last 30 - 45 min I will invite 3-5 of you out on the floor and together we will put the new knowledge into practice. Prepare to sing a chorus - OR a single line from a song that challenges you singing technique. It can be around your register shift /passaggio. For this mini masterclass we will draw lots among those interested. Important: Have your line ready - in the right key - when you sign up. We work a capella and focused in these short 10 min sessions. Welcome.

    In this workshop we will try to access the loud volumes together. I will start with a short presentation based on the basic principles of CVT (support and the metallic modes). We will try out “the belted sounds” in group exercises. For the last 30 - 45 min I will invite 3-5 of you out on the floor and together we will put the new knowledge into practice. Prepare to sing a chorus - or a single line from a song that challenges you singing technique. This could typically be in the high part of the voice. For this mini masterclass we will draw lots among those interested. Important: Have your line ready - in the right key - when you sign up. We work a capella and focused in these short 10 min sessions. Welcome.

  • 14:15  - 16:00
    In this workshop we will work on an 8-step method that helps singers relate personally to the text and share the content of the work with an audience. The workshop is about “Stage Presence and Focus” in a few words. I will start by sharing the basic principles of the 8-step interpretation model and together we will perform a series of exercises on the floor. Please prepare the 1st verse and chorus to Carole King’s “You’ve got a friend”. The last 30 - 45 minutes I will focus on the text work with 1 or 2 vocal ensembles and translate theory into practice.
