He’s received accolades such as the Carl Prize in 2016 and 6 stars in Gaffa in 2016 for his album “Global Compositions”. Rune’s music blends various genres and traditions, often incorporating improvisation, audience interaction, and innovative staging.
He’s known for his collaborative approach, working with diverse musicians and ensembles worldwide. Rune’s projects include the Body Rhythm Factory band, his Global Compositions journey project, and his Patchwork & Symphony Orchestra collaboration with Copenhagen Phil.
