Stephanie Kramer (NL) is a singer, choir leader, teacher, coach and cultural entrepreneur. With conviction and passion for educaction, Stephanie has focused on The Intelligent Choir based methods in improvisation and shared leadership that enable students to increase their comfort zone in the classroom. She discussed indicators of musicianship, shared leadership and the tension between comfortzone and non-comfortzone in music education. Her ideas for making the right steps, combined with different working methods to increase the comfortzone of the student, offers music teachers in secondary school an interesting new toolbox in the field of improvisation and shared leadership. In 2020 she received a Master’s degree in ‘Vocal Leadership’ from Codarts Rotterdam.
