The Real Group at AAVF2019

We are proud to announce The Real Group as the first headliner of AAVF2019.

The Real Group is a Swedish vocal group with five dedicated singers and musicians. The group has been touring for more than 30 years and continues to excite a broad audience all over the world. With a unique musical expression in a field between jazz, pop and Northern European choral music, The Real Group is considered one of the leading forces in the world of vocal music.

Shortly after the last edition of Aarhus Vocal Festival, the idea of having “Elements” as a theme for the 2019-festival came up. Only a couple of weeks later, we found out that The Real Group was working with the same theme for their upcoming album. Naturally, we started dreaming about including The Real Group in the festival and to make something special together. We can’t wait to welcome The Real Group in Aarhus as singers, teachers and coaches at AAVF 2019.
